Needless to say, it is important not to panic after becoming ill, but rather to work on prevention and constantly check changes in the balance of the body on a daily basis, and to take advantage of opportunities such as regular physical examinations, compa ny health checkups, and community health consultations. It is to spend a fraction of the cost of hospitalization and surgery due to illness or injury, and to spend a fraction of that cost upfront. It is often said that water and safety are free for Japanese people and that they do not spend money on them. Most people live their lives without thinking about their health, and only panic when they get injured or become ill. Many people think of purchasing life insurance or accident insurance in case of emergencies, but in the current economic situation, annual premiums are becoming expensive and putting pressure on family budgets. Therefore, we would like to say loudly that we would like you to repeatedly remind yourself in your daily life not to get injured, not to get sick, not to do anything dangerous, and so on. Prevention is the most important thing. Why don't you start practicing it today?

Whether you are taking over the family business from your parents or establishing your own business, each of you may have your own reasons for doing so. Also, because you have a qualification (e.g., chef), are you thinking or looking only in that field? While it may be important to be an expert in your field or to have a family business that has been in your family for generations, a business is worthless unless it is profitable. In fact, forcing yourself to continue a business can have the opposite effect, increasing your debts and putting you at risk of losing your assets. In the case of a part time or part time job, if you are thinking of doing it for the long term, or if you are married and want to earn a sufficient salary, the most important thing is to make sure that the company you are working for is solid and that the manager is trustworthy and reliable. The key is whether or not the person in charge is trustworthy. If you are not able to discern this point well, you may make a mistake in the future. It is also very important that the company you are working with is a large company, a store, or a company with a rich owner. Going to Hello Work is not a bad thing, but it may be necessary in this day and age to have a strong personality and a desire to st and out enough to be headhunted from the outside. We would like to give you accurate advice in such cases.

"Cinderella story"...sounds good, doesn't it? Marriage, whether it is love or arranged marriage, the outcome is the most important thing. Of course, it doesn't matter if you are divorced or divorced. In short, you (and your partner) must be satisfied and content with at least 80%. We are often asked to be matchmakers, and the ratio is about 8:2. We all want the best of three worlds. We also consider whether the man has a good family background, but the key word is "compatibility," and it may depend on whether the man or woman has good luck. What surprises me when I look at the state of the world these days is that it seems to have become a completely different world from the past, with the collapse of top banks and the disappearance of large supermarkets. It is hard to see what will be the fortune of a small ramen shop that expands its business nationwide. What is important is to look at yourself carefully and create a high product value. We are consultants in the field of socio practical science, and we are here to help you. If you like, please stop by our window. We do everything on a contingency fee basis. We also have a list of several men and women who actually want to get married. We are close to the station, so after shopping at the department store, why don't you stop by and have a cup of tea?

We all want to be rich, and we all make an effort every day. But that alone may not be enough. What we want to say first and foremost is that making money is important, but before that, don't lose money and don't get cheated. Most people put off making money and avoiding being cheated, and instead pursue only making money first. That is only half the story. The Toyota Bros. case involving a certificate of deposit of money, the XX case involving a movie production in the Philippines, the Hachiba case involving a nationwide health food product, and many others are out there. All of them were investments made out of greed, and they never returned any of the money to the investors. As I have said many times before, "Don't lose money before you make money," and you can see how important this is. There is an old saying, "There is no such thing as a good story. There is no such thing as a good story. The average person is either a steady hand, or he or she does not dream too big. As a consultant, however, I feel a little uncomfortable with this. For example, the rent for a 5,000,000 yen studio apartment will increase by about 65,000 yen, or about 80,000,000 yen per year, and even after deducting taxes and dues, condominium management fees, and other expenses, the annual interest rate will be about 10%.Compared to a bank, this is a big deal, and since studio apartments are not expensive properties, there is almost no price decline, and the purchase price of 5 million yen is like a time deposit that can be cashed in at any time. This is just one example, but in the current social climate, investing in condominiums (called "owner occupied") is probably the best way to go. Of course, as I said at the beginning, do not be fooled by real estate agents and do not buy a bad property. We have real estate analysts and consultants always on standby to help you. We also offer advice not only to buyers, but also to sellers and those who own properties (selling time, price, tax reduction, etc.), so please do not hesitate to contact us.
